Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)

A PPA is a long-term contract where Bainsun Energy sets up, owns, and maintains a solar power plant at your site, and you simply pay for the energy you use. There’s no upfront cost for the customer. You get clean energy at a lower rate than grid electricity, with zero maintenance worries.

Open Access Solar Power

With Open Access, Bainsun Energy supplies solar power from its large-scale solar farms to businesses located in other regions via the state grid. This model is ideal for companies with high energy consumption looking to meet their renewable energy targets while saving on energy costs.

Group Captive Solar Model

In a Group Captive Model, multiple businesses co-invest and jointly own at least 26% of a solar project developed by Bainsun Energy. This gives them the benefit of lower power tariffs and allows them to meet corporate green energy goals. It’s a great option for companies that may not have suitable land or roof space.

Own Captive Solar Plant

In this model, your business fully owns the solar plant, either installed on-site or off-site. Bainsun Energy provides complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services, along with Operations & Maintenance support. You generate your own power, reduce dependency on the grid, and save long-term on energy bills.
